Lupe Rivera
Lupe is a faith-filled educator, and mama of two. She is passionate about nurturing children with creativity, compassion, and strong Christ-centered values. She has a background in Early Childhood Education and 15 years of hands-on experience in both the classroom and home settings. She has built a place where learning is holistic, purposeful, and rooted in biblical truth. Whether she is creating educational tools, designing lesson plans, or serving families, her heart is to equip the next generation to rise up and live set apart. We believe that childhood is sacred ground, and every moment is a
chance to plant seeds of confidence, joy, and identity.
Teaching young children has been a natural part of her life since childhood. Even at a young age, she became a safe place for the children around her — something she herself longed for growing up. That early experience shaped a deep understanding of how essential it is for children to learn and grow in an environment where they feel emotionally safe, fully seen, and unconditionally supported.
Over time, that passion evolved into a clear calling. With experience working in daycares, designing lesson plans, and supporting families in various educational settings, she saw firsthand the impact of combining structure with sensitivity. Her approach centers around the belief that children thrive when their whole being — spirit, soul, and body — is nurtured through intentional, faith-rooted education.
Set Apart Educational Services was born from this vision: to create more than a learning space — to create a safe haven. One where faith, emotional intelligence, creativity, and culture are seamlessly woven into daily learning. It is a place where children are not only taught but also deeply known and honored for who they are.
Set Apart is committed to partnering with parents who desire a holistic, faith-filled homeschool experience for their children. Whether a child is neurodivergent, highly curious, introverted, energetic, or somewhere in between — they are embraced and empowered here.
